本文应用两种抗T细胞单抗系列检测了不同人群外周血T细胞亚群。 一、材料与方法 1.检测对象:①正常人12例。年龄18～45岁。②癫痫患者6例;急性白血病3例;免疫功能低下、类风湿性关节炎和支气管扩张各1例。
In this paper, two anti-T cell monoclonal antibodies were used to detect peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in different populations. First, the material and methods 1. Test object: ① normal 12 cases. Age 18 to 45 years old. ② 6 cases of epilepsy; 3 cases of acute leukemia; 1 case of immune dysfunction, rheumatoid arthritis and bronchiectasis.
