事业单位不同于普通的企业单位,其人力资源管理并不完全遵循市场的调配.但是随着时代的发展,事业单位的相关机制开始面临改革的挑战,其人力资源管理也要在反思传统工作模式的基础上,结合自身实际进行新的探索和突破.本篇文章在对事业单位人力资源管理的相关理解性内容进行阐述的基础上,对当前改革进程下工作中的考核、培训、人资分配问题进行了分析,最后提出健全培训的制度、完善考评的机制、提升信息化建设的三点解决路径.
