一、问题导向式翻转课堂教学的实施背景课堂教学采用什么样的方式最有效,是精讲多练还是互动互助,这是我们一直思索的问题。为了完成教学任务,追赶教学进度,课堂上教师常常采用精心讲解,学生练习的精讲多练方式,实践证明,这样的做法在短期内提高考试成绩是非常有效的。经过实践发现,学生用这种学习方法学习,往往出现后劲不足,潜力“匮乏”的现象。有时会出现教师卖命地讲解,却得不到学生的回应,甚至于讲10遍学生都不会的苦恼现象。那么,“教”与“学”到底该怎样理解、怎样操作?从
