本文介绍一个采用预应力技术解决超大面积楼盖的温度和收缩应力裂缝问题的工程实例。该工程建筑面积约13万m2,地下2层,地上5层;底层平面尺寸为175.75m×211.29m。采用了将混凝土的长期收缩应变换算成等效收缩当量温差及用长期变形模量计算等效弹性温度应力并进行等效抗裂验算的方法,同时还给出了有关结构构造与施工方法。
This article presents an example of a project that uses prestress technology to solve the problem of temperature and shrinkage stress cracks in large area floor coverings. The project has a gross floor area of about 130,000 m2, two underground floors and five floors above ground. The ground floor has a size of 175.75m × 211.29m. The method of converting the long-term shrinkage strain of concrete into equivalent shrinkage temperature difference and calculating the equivalent elastic temperature stress with long-term deformation modulus and carrying out the equivalent crack checking calculation is also given. At the same time, the structure construction and construction method are also given.
