Q-T间期综合征或称Q-T延长综合征,自1957年首例报告以来至1975年为止发现本病已有203例。国内尚未见此综合征的专题报告。我院近来发现2例。例1 刘××,女,21岁,未婚(住院号273045)。于1975年4月18日挖河泥后感到劳累,次日突然胸闷、头晕、旋即晕倒,约五分钟清醒,乏力、头昏,心慌胸闷,23日又有类似发作。昏倒时抽筋,吐白沫,持续约30分钟,经注射葡萄糖清醒,仍腌闷,阵发性心慌,冷汗,恶心,吐黄水。他院
