PN支持治疗食管、贲门癌术后吻合口瘘患者17例，食管癌12例，贲门癌5例，PN治疗后13例被治愈（766％），3例死亡（17．6％）。吻合口愈合时间最短7天，最长41天，50％PN组患者治疗后7～15天内瘘趋于愈合。50％水、电解质及负氮平衡在PN治疗后3～5天得到迅速纠正，平均氮平衡为2．3g／日（＋1．5g～＋3．0g），总蛋白有所提高，治疗前后白细胞比值有显差异（P＜0．05）。PN支持可能提高吻合口瘘愈合率，可能为降低死亡率的有效手段（P＜0．001）。
PN supported 17 patients with anastomotic fistula after esophageal or cardiac cancer surgery, 12 with esophageal cancer, 5 with cardia cancer, 13 after PN treatment were cured (766%), and 3 died (17.6%). The shortest healing time of anastomosis was 7 days, and the longest was 41 days. In 50% PN group, the tendon healed within 7-15 days after treatment. 50% water, electrolytes and negative nitrogen balances were rapidly corrected 3 to 5 days after PN treatment. The average nitrogen balance was 2.3g/day (+1.5g to +3.0g), total protein was increased, and the ratio of leukocytes before and after treatment was improved. There was a significant difference (P<0.05). PN support may increase the healing rate of anastomotic fistulas and may be an effective means of reducing mortality (P<0.001).
