国家能源局综合司近日发函,对该局制定的《关于促进可再生能源供热的意见》征求意见。可再生能源供热主要包括地热能供热、生物质能供热、太阳能热利用、风电供热等多种类型。积极促进可再生能源供热利用,符合我国推进供给侧结构性改革的战略要求,是实施民生工程、治理大气污染、落实能源生产和消费革命的重要内容,对我国实现能源转型和建设生态文明具有重要意义。可再生能源供热技术类型多,应用范围广,既可集中亦可分散利用,在取代散煤供热方面可发挥重要作用。
