在当前就业情况不太如意的社会大环境中,影响中职生就业和创业成功的关键性因素是良好的就业和创业心理品质。如何提高中职生就业和创业心理品质,促进中职生的就业率,是社会所关注的重大问题。本文研究了中职生的就业创业心理品质涵义和内容,讨论了培养中职生就业和创业心理品质的重要意义,提出了构建完善就业和创业教育与理想信念教育、专业教育、日常心理健康教育、实践教育、榜样教育及就业和创业环境熏陶结合的培养机制,全面提高中职生就业和创业心理品质。
In the present unsatisfactory employment situation, the key factors that affect the success of secondary vocational students’ employment and entrepreneurship are the good psychological qualities of employment and entrepreneurship. How to improve the psychological qualities of employment and entrepreneurship for secondary vocational students and promote the employment rate of secondary vocational students is a major issue of concern to society. This paper studies the meaning and content of secondary vocational students ’psychological qualifications of employment and entrepreneurship, discusses the importance of training secondary vocational students’ employment and entrepreneurial psychological quality, and puts forward some suggestions to construct and perfect the employment and entrepreneurship education, ideal and faith education, professional education and daily mental health education , Practical education, example education and the cultivation mechanism of nurturing a combination of employment and entrepreneurial environment to comprehensively improve the employment and entrepreneurial psychological quality of secondary vocational students.
