跳绳作为一种有效的有氧运动,成为部分地区体育中考的选考科目之一。研究表明,跳绳运动不仅有益于学生的身心健康,还对开发学生的智力有一定帮助。为了提高学生的身体素质,教师应该在初中体育课程中有效地开展跳绳活动。主要探究“学导式”教学方式在中学体育课堂中如何更好地实施。通过这种教学方式培养学生的合作、竞争、交往、创造和想象能力以及形成更加稳定良好的个性心理品质,从而进一步提升学生的社会适应能力。
As an effective aerobic exercise, skipping rope has become one of the most popular subjects in physical examination in some areas. Research shows that skipping exercise not only benefits the students ’physical and mental health, but also helps to develop students’ intelligence. In order to improve the physical quality of the students, teachers should carry out skipping activities effectively in the junior middle school physical education curriculum. Mainly explore how “learning-guided” teaching method can be better implemented in middle school PE class. Through this teaching method, students’ co-operation, competition, communication, creativity and imagination are cultivated, and a more stable and good psychological quality is formed so as to further enhance their social adaptability.
