借贷,在农村劳动者中,是个人与个人在资金方面互通有无、调剂余缺的一种方法,是农村通融资金,促进商品经济发展的有益补充。随着改革的深化,我市百万农民登上了商品经济的大舞台,民间借贷关系日趋活跃。这方面纠纷也越来越多。我们就射阳县人民法院近年来受理的借贷纠纷案件做了粗浅的调查与研究。射阳县地处沿海,是我市今年对外开放的五个县(市)之一,现有人口约100万。这几年来的改革、开放、搞活的深入发展,不仅人们的生产、生活方式发生了巨大改变,而且人的观念、人际关系也发生了深刻的变化。反映在借贷纠纷上的
Among rural laborers, borrowing and lending is a way for individuals and individuals to exchange funds with each other and to adjust for lack of funds. This is a useful supplement to rural areas in financing and promoting the development of commodity economy. With the deepening of the reform, millions of farmers in our city boarded the big stage of the commodity economy and the relationship between private lending and borrowing became increasingly active. There are more and more disputes in this area. We conducted a superficial investigation and study on the loan dispute cases that People’s Court of Sheyang County accepted in recent years. Sheyang County, located in the coastal area, is one of five counties (cities) open to the public in this Municipality this year and currently has a population of about 1 million. In recent years, the deepening of reform, opening up and invigorating life has not only brought about tremendous changes in people’s production and lifestyles, but also profoundly changed people’s attitudes and interpersonal relationships. Reflected in the loan disputes
