目的:探讨标准化沟通模式在EICU患者转出交接中的应用效果。方法:选择2012年1月~2016年1月在温州医科大学附属第二医院EICU接受治疗的248例患者,按照是否采取标准化沟通模式分为观察组与对照组,对照组采取传统的交接模式转出交接,观察组则在对照组的基础上采取标准化沟通模式转出交接,比较两种护理模式在交接过程中消耗时间、护理质量评估、交接问题及交接双方护理人员满意度评分。结果:观察组在交接消耗时间、护理质量评估得分、交接问题发生率及交接双方护理人员满意度,均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取标准化沟通模式,项目明细,条理清晰,不易遗漏,能够有效的降低差错,缩短了交接消耗时间,提高护理质量及交接双方护理人员的满意度。
Objective: To explore the application effect of standardized communication mode in transferring and transferring patients with EICU. Methods: From January 2012 to January 2016, 248 patients treated at EICU of Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were divided into observation group and control group according to whether standardized communication mode was adopted or not. The control group took traditional transfer mode The observation group then took the standardized communication mode and transferred the delivery based on the control group, and compared the time spent in the two modes of care delivery, quality of care assessment, delivery problems and satisfaction ratings of the two carers. Results: The observation group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05) in terms of the time spent in handing over, the scores of nursing quality evaluation, the incidence of delivery problems and the satisfaction of nursing staff in both sides. Conclusion: The standardization of communication mode, project details, clear, easy to omit, can effectively reduce errors, shorten the transfer of time, improve the quality of care and the satisfaction of the transfer of both nursing staff.
