在知识经济时代,企业需要有一支不断接受新知识与新技能培训的员工队伍,他们能够分析、解决问题,卓有成效地在团队中工作。企业培训的终极目的是不断加强工作效能,达成预定目标。由此看来,只有受训员工将培训成果运用到实际工作中,才算培训目标真正完成。笔者在阐述培训内涵和重要意义的基础上,分析了企业培训存在的主要问题,提出改善培训效果的若干建议,并重点强调如何促进培训成果的转化,旨在帮助企业更好地实现培训目的。
In the era of knowledge economy, companies need a contingent of employees who are constantly trained in new knowledge and skills to analyze, solve problems and work productively in teams. The ultimate goal of business training is to continuously improve work efficiency and achieve the intended target. Seen in this light, only the trainee staff training results will be applied to the actual work, be considered training objectives truly completed. On the basis of expounding the connotation and significance of training, the author analyzes the main problems existing in the training of enterprises, puts forward some suggestions to improve the training effect, and emphatically emphasizes how to promote the transformation of training results so as to help enterprises to achieve the purpose of training better.
