地下冷库是在地表以下一定深度的岩石体中形成空间,以岩土体为环境、介质和结构质,利用岩土的保温性能,并在围岩一定范围内形成低温湿度场,将物品贮藏保鲜,以调节市场供应或者调运外地和出口的一种地下建筑工程。与地面冷库相比,地下冷库不仅能节省地皮、保护环境,而且由于岩土体固有的隔热性质,有密闭性能好,节约“三材”,无须翻修隔热层,减少维修费用的优点。从一些已建成投产的地下冷库看,多数作用良好,收到了显著的经济效益。究其存在的问题看,据分析多与地下水有密切关系。本文主要对地下冷库工程特定环境中地下水的特点及其对冷库运营过程中的能量耗费、围岩稳定、使用效果等方面的影响和地下水的防治问题作一些分析探讨,供有关部门参考。

This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of groundwater in specific environment of underground cold storage project and its impact on the energy consumption, the stability of surrounding rock and the effect of use, and the prevention and cure of groundwater in the process of cold storage operation for reference of relevant departments.
