在新课程理念的指导下,课堂教学呈现出百花齐放的喜人局面,在教学中,教师越来越重视从教学理念、教学行为、教学评价、学习方式等方面进行变革.新旧思想的碰撞,传统理念与现代理念的交融,成为时下数学课程改革的最强音.在一线随课堂调研时,我们发现由于对新理念理解的偏差,对新教学方式操作的失衡,很多教师在新课程的实施过程中难免会产生很多困惑,在教学实践中也出现了一些误区.这也引起了我的一些深层思考.
