本文从对艺术高职院校德育教育所存在的德育思想认识、师资、学生状态、教学方法、德育环境和德育评价机制等方面问题入手,分析了当前艺术高职院校德育教育所存在问题的原因,提出了艺术高职院校德育教育新途径,通过德育教育内容、教学方法、评价机制等方面的创新提升,找到艺术高职院校立德树人根本任务达成的现实途径。本文特别强调要开发利用中华传统文化德育功能作为艺术高职院校德育教育内容的重要载体,并提出建立艺术高职学生德育量化评分标准和学生德育档案,对学生进行长效量化考核,解决知行脱节等问题。
This article starts from the understanding of the moral education ideology, teachers and students, the teaching methods, the moral education environment and the evaluation mechanism of moral education in the higher vocational colleges of moral education, and analyzes the existing problems of the moral education in the higher vocational colleges This paper proposes a new approach to moral education in art vocational colleges. Through the innovation and promotion of moral education contents, teaching methods and evaluation mechanisms, it finds a realistic way to reach the fundamental tasks of the art higher vocational colleges. This paper places particular emphasis on the development and utilization of the traditional Chinese culture and moral education function as an important carrier of moral education in vocational colleges. It also proposes to set up quantitative standards of moral education for art students in higher vocational colleges and students’ moral education archives, Out of touch and other issues.
