During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, both the Communist International and the CPC Central Committee attached great importance to establishing a farm-led trade union in rural areas and even served as a central task. In China, where industrial workers are few and far behind, it is necessary to organize agricultural workers and give play to their leading role. The establishment of hired farming trade unions has played an active role in the construction of the base areas and in the conduct of the war, but there is also the possibility of dividing the peasant revolutionary ranks and isolating the hired agricultural and peasant classes. The employment of agricultural laborers is fragmented and subject to the influence of smallholders. Therefore, the development and leadership of the organizations and their normal activities of agricultural and agricultural trade unions are often in a dilemma. Hired agricultural unions later disappeared, the fundamental reason is not in line with the actual rural base.
