哺乳动物受照射后骨髓组织的DNA合成受到明显抑制,其抑制程度与受照射剂量有密切关系,因此测定人体受照射部位的骨髓DNA合成能力对剂量诊断会有一定帮助。但此指标的临床应用受到取材量的限制。我们建立了用穿刺所得骨髓细胞离体进行~3H-TdR掺入并用同一标本同时测定其放射性及DNA含量的方法,可以减少骨髓用
