随着互联网的发展,信息安全问题日益凸显,并上升到国家安全高度。维护网络信息安全,离不开法律和技术的双重保障。围绕当前我国网络信息安全立法及法律实施现状、信息安全法难以出台的主要原因、信息安全法的立法内容、信息安全法规的宣传普及等问题,本刊记者采访了中国社会科学院法学所研究员陈欣新。
