255份小麦品种的渗透调节能力,以灌浆期>苗期>孕穗期的顺序变化。陕西、山西材料的平均渗透调节能力高,分别为0.ll2MPa、0.084MPa,此结果与田间抗旱鉴定结果相一致。渗透调节能力与苗期抗旱级别,与灌浆期叶片含水量相关极显著。以旱/水产量比≥80%,渗透调节能力≥0.05MPa为标准,选出不同生育期高渗透调节能力的材料203(次)份,占总数的30%。6个杂交组合F2的h=65%,旱×水类型的F2分离程度高,旱×旱类型的F2渗透调节能力超高亲的比率大,是选育高渗透调节能力材料理想的组合类型。
The osmotic adjustment ability of 255 wheat cultivars was changed at the filling stage> seedling stage> booting stage. The average osmotic adjustment ability of Shanxi and Shanxi materials is high, respectively 0. ll2MPa, 0.084MPa, this result is consistent with the field drought resistance identification results. The ability of osmotic adjustment and drought resistance at seedling stage were significantly correlated with leaf water content at grain filling stage. Taking the ratio of drought / water production ≥80% and osmotic adjustment capacity≥0.05MPa as standard, 203 (subscript) of materials with high osmotic adjustment ability at different growth stages were selected, accounting for 30% of the total. F2 of F2 hybrids had h = 65%, F2 of drought × water type had high degree of segregation, and the rate of F2 osmotic adjustment ability of drought × drought type was high, which was the ideal combination type for breeding high osmotic adjustment ability materials.
