利用反相高效液相色谱定量法进行10种芸香科柑橘属生药生物碱类成分辛弗林的进行了质量标准研究。采用phenomsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5u)色谱柱,辛弗林其流动相采用甲醇一水(7∶4)(水中含0.02%磷酸和0.1%十二烷基硫酸钠)。其中辛弗林在1.1320~14.152μg.μL-1,线性关系良好(r=0.997);加样回收率分别为98.0%。测定结果显示不同原植物和产地来源的各橘属生药中辛弗林的含量差别较大。且随着果实成熟程度的增加,辛弗林有下降的趋势;而整个果实辛弗林含量大于某一部分,为药材的标准化研究提供科学的方法和试验依据。
The quality standards of synephrine synephrine, a constituent of 10 citrus genus of rutaceae, were studied by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Using phenomsil C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5u) column, synephrine was eluted with methanol-water (7: 4) (0.02% phosphoric acid and 0.1% sodium dodecyl sulfate in water). Synephrine showed good linearity (r = 0.997) at 1.1320 ~ 14.152μg.μL-1, and recoveries were 98.0%. The results showed that the contents of synephrine differed greatly in each genus of tangerine from different origins and origins. And as the maturity of fruit increased, synephrine tended to decline. However, the content of synephrine in the whole fruit was greater than a certain part, which provided a scientific method and experimental basis for the standardization of medicinal materials.
