腐败是寄生于人类政治共同体上的一颗“毒瘤”。这颗“毒瘤”在社会转型时期发生恶化和扩散，影响整个社会机体的健康状况。在我国由传统的计划经济＊体制向市场经济体制的转型期间，腐败现象尤为明显。这种“社会转型病”较一般时期＊而言，其症结更为复杂，是一种综合症，对其医治对策应作及时、深入的探寻。
Corruption is a “cancer” that parasites on the political community of mankind. This “cancer” has deteriorated and spread during the period of social transformation, affecting the health of the entire social body. Corruption is particularly evident during the transformation of our country from the traditional planned economy to the market economy. This kind of “social transition disease” has a more complicated crux than the average period. It is a syndrome that should be explored in time and in depth for its healing strategies.
