首先提出采用铁道统一电能质量控制器(railway unified power quality controller,RUPQC)实现牵引变电站综合补偿的充要条件;然后在建立牵引负荷标幺化模型的基础上,分别以实现完全补偿和灵活补偿为目标,提出了结合固定补偿装置的RUPQC容量综合配置方法。数值分析表明,采用该配置方法并结合灵活最优控制策略,RUPQC可在全负荷范围内满足灵活补偿的目标,不但显著降低了装置的工程造价,而且在任意负荷条件下均能实现对装置补偿容量的最优利用。
Firstly, a sufficient and necessary condition for comprehensive compensation of traction substation is proposed by railway unified power quality controller (RAUPQC). Then, on the basis of establishing the per-unit model of traction load, the full compensation and the flexible compensation Target, put forward the RUPQC capacity integrated configuration method combined with fixed compensation device. Numerical analysis shows that, with this configuration method and the flexible optimal control strategy, RUPQC can meet the goal of flexible compensation within the full load range, not only significantly reducing the construction cost of the device, but also compensating the device under any load condition Optimal utilization of capacity.
