青年厂长(经理)由于较少经受社会磨练,缺少领导工作经验,甚至缺乏担任领导的心理准备,因而在其担任厂长后的相当一段时间内不同程度地存在一些心理弱点。 一、过度自省。对于年轻的厂长来讲,自省是十分必要的。但是,有时青年厂长往往把握不住自省的度,过于自谦,以致于丧失自信心,妨碍创造力的发挥。在老同志、老上级、老同事、老熟人面前,就如“小媳妇”,不能恰当地履行自己的角色身份,思路打不开,处理问题难以果断,对于不熟悉的工作尽可能回避。 二、急树权威。青年厂长绝大多数是职工群众中的优秀分子,在走上领导岗位之前,他们能把自己的荣辱得失放
