本文对453例软组织恶性肿瘤患者的病史和门诊卡进行了回顾性分析。原发性肿瘤为238例,复发者215例。所有诊断均经病理证实。区域性淋巴结转移者34/453例(7.5％)。转移最常见于横纹肌肉瘤(16.7％)、未分类胚细胞瘤(13.4％)、滑膜肉瘤(6.5％)。血管肉瘤和纤维肉瘤转移较少。原发肿瘤的淋巴转移比复发者多见1.6倍。可能系术后淋巴道被切断和瘢痕改变阻碍了肿瘤的扩散。同时也不能排除其他因素的影响,其中包括复发患者机
This article retrospectively analyzed the history and outpatient card of 453 patients with soft tissue malignancy. There were 238 primary tumors and 215 recurrences. All diagnoses were confirmed by pathology. Regional lymph node metastasis was 34/453 (7.5%). Metastases were most common in rhabdomyosarcoma (16.7%), unclassified blastoma (13.4%), and synovial sarcoma (6.5%). Angiosarcoma and fibrosarcoma transfer less. Lymphatic metastases of primary tumors are 1.6 times more common than recurrences. It may be that the postoperative lymphatic metastasis and scar changes prevent the spread of the tumor. At the same time can not rule out the impact of other factors, including relapse patients
