水泥是重要的建筑材料。建国以来,水泥工业发展很快,水泥成本不断降低,在成本管理上也积累了不少经验。但同等规模的大中型厂之间,成本水平还有高有低,小水泥厂的成本差距尤为悬殊。因此,加强水泥企业的成本管理,大力降低水泥成本,不仅可以增加企业盈利,为国家提供更多的资金积累,而且对节省基建投资、支援工农业生产和改善人民生活,都有密切关系。原国家建材总局子一九七八年底在柳州召开的大中型水泥企业财务成本管理座谈会上,
Cement is an important building material. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the cement industry has developed rapidly, cement costs have continued to decrease, and a lot of experience has been accumulated in cost management. However, the cost levels of large and medium-sized plants of the same scale are still high or low, and the cost gap of small cement plants is particularly disparity. Therefore, strengthening the cost management of cement companies and greatly reducing the cost of cement will not only increase the profits of enterprises, provide more capital for the country, but also have a close relationship with respect to saving infrastructure investment, supporting industrial and agricultural production, and improving people’s lives. The former State Building Materials Administration Bureau held a seminar on the financial cost management of large and medium-sized cement companies in Liuzhou in late 1978.
