本文把缺口局部循环应力集中及应变集中的近似分析方法与传统的缺口疲劳敏性概念相结合,并将其推广,由此建立起从光滑试件的疲劳极限应力图线计算缺口件疲劳极限应力图线的近似公式。该式表明,缺口根部局部屈服导致实际平均应力松弛,松弛情况与应力集中程度、材料循环应力应变关系以及宏观应力状态等因素有关,不能一概不考虑应力集中对平均应力的影响。与试验结果相比较,依本文介绍的公式计算出结果是令人满意的,可供常规疲劳强度设计计算时参考。
In this paper, the method of approximate analysis of local cyclic stress concentration and strain concentration in notch is combined with the traditional notched fatigue sensitivity concept and generalized. The fatigue limit stress of notch part is calculated from the fatigue limit stress diagram of smooth specimen The approximate formula of the graph line. The formula shows that the partial root yielding causes the actual average stress relaxation, relaxation and stress concentration, material cyclic stress-strain relationship and macro-stress state and other factors, can not be ignored without considering the impact of stress concentration on the average stress. Compared with the test results, the results calculated by the formulas presented in this paper are satisfactory and can be used as a reference for calculation of the conventional fatigue strength.
