伴随着新课标改革进程的日趋加快与深化,小学教学体制中的进展和飞跃之处,除了表现在授课方式与内容的除旧布新之外,在管理方面也略有斩获,并为小学教育的革新迎来了一个崭新的发展历程。但是新课标的改革并没有达到完全成熟的境地,这便导致传统教育体制中的诸多弊端不可能尽快予以革除,具体溯及到教学管理方面的问题,自然也是不可避免的。因此,实现新课改下小学教学管理问题的理论研究,使之能够正确指导作用于实践工作,对于小学教育环境氛围的营造与改良,具有着非比寻常的重要意义。
