人们尽管对泌尿道的膀胱上皮细胞抗原状况进行了精细的观察,但却很少注意与之并存的淋巴细胞类和巨噬细胞群。本研究在于确定胱膀粘膜和固有层的各种T细胞和巨噬细胞亚群,以及粘连素的构型和分布。经膀胱活检的6例中(4男2女),年龄为34至78岁,尿培养无菌,尿细胞学检查及胱膀镜检均正常。直接从那些接近于送免疫组织化学检查的膀胱组织取标本进行常规组织学检查,经苏木紫和伊红染色及用光镜检查显示正常。膀胱上皮细胞为HLA—DR阴性、酸性磷酸酶阳性和ATP酶阴性。这一层中的全部淋巴细胞为T:阳性抑制型/细胞毒型亚组,尚可见与朗汉氏细胞
Despite careful observation of the urinary bladder epithelial cell antigen status, people rarely pay attention to the coexisting lymphocyte and macrophage populations. This study was to determine the various T-cell and macrophage subpopulations of the cystic mucosa and lamina propria, as well as the conformation and distribution of adhesions. Of the 6 patients who underwent biopsy of the bladder (4 males and 2 females), aged 34 to 78 years, urine culture was sterile, urine cytology and cystoscopy were normal. Routine histological examinations were performed directly from those bladder tissues that were close to sending immunohistochemical examinations, stained with hematoxylin and eosin, and visualized by light microscopy. Bladder epithelial cells are HLA-DR negative, acid phosphatase positive, and ATPase negative. The total lymphocytes in this layer are T:positive inhibitory/cytotoxic subgroups and are still visible with Langerhans cells.
