每天用不同浓度的鸡粪嫌气发酵液 (ADCME)处理种在温室中的万寿菊植株。结果 ,用 1 6 8%~ 3 36 %ADCME处理的植株地上部鲜重最高 ,开花最多 ,但用 0 5 6 %浓度处理的根鲜重最高。收获时取植株中部叶片和根作为样品进行生理生化分析 ,发现叶片和根中细胞膜相对透性和Pi含量 ,过氧化物酶、Mg2 + ATP酶和Ca2 + ATP酶活性以及根中蛋白质、pH和多酚氧化酶活性在一定范围内随着ADCME处理浓度的提高而提高。地上部鲜重较高、开花较多的处理 ,植株叶片中的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和Pi含量 ,根中的多酚氧化酶活性以及根、叶中过氧化物酶、Mg2 + ATP酶和Ca2 + ATP酶活性也较高。出现盐中毒症状的处理 ,植株根中的细胞膜相对透性和过氧化酶活性以及叶片中的Mg2 + ATP酶和Ca2 + ATP酶活性显著高于其它处理。所有ADCME处理的根叶组织提取液中各种离子含量明显高于对照。根据试验分析 ,我们认为 ,ADCME中NH+ 4和盐的双重胁迫导致万寿菊出现盐中毒症状 ,但采用适宜的ADCME浓度可将这种不利效应降到最低 ,从而成为植物的好肥料
Marigold plants grown in greenhouses were treated daily with different concentrations of chicken feces fermentation gas (ADCME). The results showed that the fresh shoots of the shoots with the highest concentrations of ADCM and the highest flowering percentages were observed in the shoots with 166% -336% ADCME. Physiological and biochemical analysis of leaves and roots in the middle of the leaves at harvest showed that the relative membrane permeability and Pi content, the activities of peroxidase, Mg2 + ATPase and Ca2 + ATPase in leaves and roots and the contents of protein, pH and Polyphenol oxidase activity increased with increasing ADCME concentration within a certain range. Higher fresh weight and more flowering on the shoots, chlorophyll, carotenoid and Pi content in plant leaves, polyphenol oxidase activity in roots and peroxidase, Mg2 + ATPase and Ca2 + ATP enzyme activity is also higher. Salt poisoning symptoms, relative membrane permeability and peroxidase activity in plant roots, and Mg2 + ATPase and Ca2 + ATPase activities in leaves were significantly higher than those of other treatments. The contents of various ions in all ADCME-treated root and leaf tissue extracts were significantly higher than those in the control. Based on experimental analysis, we believe that the dual stress of NH + 4 and salts in ADCME leads to symptoms of salt poisoning in the marigolds, but this adverse effect is minimized by the use of a suitable ADCME concentration, making it a good fertilizer for plants
