提出了一种基于装配模型和多代理 (Multi-Agent)的产品协同设计模式。通过产品装配模型记录产品设计意图 ,支持设计过程的快速重演 ,同时产品的几何模型和装配模型向各代理提供所需的一些原始信息 ,多代理系统则完成对产品零部件的强度验算、刚度验算、加工工艺评定等方面的工作。这样 ,可以实现产品的几何建模系统、装配建模系统与多代理系统的集成 ,支持产品在异构分布环境下的协同设计。
A collaborative product design model based on assembly model and multi-agent is proposed. The design intent of the product is recorded through the assembly model of the product to support the rapid replay of the design process. At the same time, the geometric model and the assembly model of the product provide each agent with some original information required, while the multi-agent system completes the strength checking and stiffness checking of the product components , Processing technology assessment and other aspects of work.
