由于液压齿轮泵具有重量轻、输出功率大、工作可靠、使用方便等特点,广泛地应用于各种工程液压机械上。但是,对用户和操作者来说,要真正掌握或用好齿轮泵,则必须了解其原理、结构和安装上注意事项等。这些在齿轮泵产品使用说明书中,已做了详细的叙述,尽管如此,用户在装配使用过程中,仍出现一些使用不当的问题,致使齿轮泵很快磨损、大大缩短齿轮泵的使用寿命。现将齿轮泵使用不当的例子简述如下:例一: 某液压翻斗车厂将齿轮泵装在汽车底盘上,与变速器分动头联结,由于分动头与安装止口不同心,齿轮泵轴端装上后,止口不到位,安装者将泵左拐右拐,用榔头敲击泵的后面,将泵强行装入(实属野蛮装配)。待系统装好调试,一开车,齿轮泵瞬时冒烟,内部轴承、侧板已烧坏,不能正常工作。

An example of improper use of gear pumps is briefly described as follows: Example 1: A hydraulic dump truck factory installs a gear pump on the chassis of a vehicle and is connected with a transmission splitter head. Since the splitting head and the mounting opening are not concentric, the gear pump shaft end After installation, the stopper is not in place. The installer turns the pump to the left and right, hits the back of the pump with a boring head, and forces the pump into force (this is a brutal assembly). After the system is installed and debugged, the gear pump immediately emits smoke when it is started. The internal bearings and side plates have been burned out and cannot work normally.
