我国人民生活水平的提高,使得人们加大了对电量的需求,电量的增加对输电线路的运行提出了更多的挑战,所以技术人员要根据实际的使用情况,合理建设电力技能培训基地。在不断的实践中,探索电力系统优化的方法,提高整体的供电水平,电力系统培训是稳定产业结构的一种有效方法,实训基地建设的原则、内容和要求,又是培训的有效导向,所以电力部门要严格控制和管理培训的过程。对培训基地建设要进行系统的规划协调,合理布置场地,设置培训设备,本文从培训的目标出发,探索电力系统培训基地建设的思路。
