目的识别、分析某公司第6代薄膜晶体管液晶显示器件项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价危害程度,确定该建设项目的职业病危害类别,从职业病防治角度评估建设项目的可行性。方法通过对第5代线的现场职业卫生学调查、第5代线的控评资料和职业性健康监护资料的分析,采用类比法进行评价。结果本项目属职业病危害严重的项目,在选址、总平面布局、车间内人工照明的照度设计、生产工艺及设备布局、拟采取的防毒、防噪声和应急救援设施等方面基本符合设计卫生要求。结论从职业病防治角度看,该项目基本可行。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards that exist in the 6th generation TFT LCD project of a company, evaluate the degree of harm, and determine the occupational hazards of the construction project, and evaluate the feasibility of construction projects from the perspective of occupational disease prevention and control. Methods Based on the field occupational hygiene survey of the 5th generation line, the evaluation data of the 5th generation line and the occupational health guardianship data, the method was evaluated by analogy. Results The project is a project with serious occupational hazards. The project basically meets the design hygiene requirements in aspects of site selection, general layout, illuminance design of artificial lighting in workshops, layout of production technology and equipment, anti-virus, anti-noise and emergency rescue facilities to be taken . Conclusion From the perspective of occupational disease prevention and control, the project is basically feasible.
