《中华人民共和国劳动法》颁布之后,我们在市外经贸委工委的领导下,在市劳动局职能部门的指导下,以贯彻执行《劳动法》为契机,深化外经贸企业劳动制度的改革,从1994年7月1日起,在武汉市粮油食品进出口公司、武汉市服装进出口公司、武汉市化工进出口公司、中国出口商品基地建设武汉公司四家外贸专业公司率先推行了全员劳动合同制。参加这次改革试点的四家公司,占企业总数的17.4%;参加职工670人,占总人数21%。拉开了武汉市外经贸系统改革劳动、人事制度的序幕。现将我们的主要作法介绍如下: 一、统一思想认识,加强领导。
