人脐带血来源的间充质干细胞能够表达多种趋化因子受体,可与胶质瘤细胞分泌的各种细胞因子相互作用而向胶质瘤定向迁移。hUCB-MSCs不仅可以通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、上调抑癌基因表达、阻碍细胞周期进程和抑制肿瘤血管新生等机制发挥抗胶质瘤作用,还可通过携带治疗基因发挥更强大的抗肿瘤功效,在胶质瘤的生物治疗中具有广泛应用前景。
