以中性红(NR)为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,TiO2为载体,采用表面聚合的方法制备了分子印迹型TiO2光催化剂(MIP-TiO2)。利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱和热重等对MIP-TiO2的结构与性能进行了表征,并考察其对NR等底物的光催化选择性能。结果表明:与非印迹型光催化剂(NIP-TiO2)相比,当降解含有NR的底物时,MIP-TiO2具有明显的选择催化效应,其对NR的降解率为NIP-TiO2的2.8倍;而在降解其他底物时,2者的光催化活性相似。且MIP-TiO2具有较好的稳定性,重复使用5次后,其对NR的降解率变化不大,变化幅度在7.4%以内。
The molecularly imprinted TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by surface polymerization using neutral red (NR) as template molecule, methacrylic acid as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linking agent and TiO2 as carrier MIP-TiO2). The structure and properties of MIP-TiO2 were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetry. The photocatalytic selectivity of MIP-TiO2 was also investigated. The results showed that compared with NIP-TiO2, MIP-TiO2 has obvious selective catalytic effect when it degrades substrates containing NR, and the degradation rate of NR is 2.8 times that of NIP-TiO2. However, the photocatalytic activities of the two substrates were similar when the other substrates were degraded. And MIP-TiO2 has good stability, after repeated use of 5 times, its degradation rate of NR little change, the change range of less than 7.4%.
