南京吉山铁矿湿式自磨磁选厂,处理产于辉石安山岩中大型矿床的贫磁铁矿。在三年多分阶段进行不同自磨流程、改革自磨排矿结构、粗粒湿式磁选等工业试验基础上,对选厂实现了半闭路自磨排顽—顽石破碎干式磁选—磁性粗精矿返回自磨的技术改造,并增加二次湿式磁选,成为国内磁铁矿湿式自磨工艺生产的新实例。通过一段全闭路自磨和半闭路自磨排顽(顽石废弃),以及顽石破碎干选返回自磨等三种流程的平行对比工业试验,说明技术改造后吉山选厂取得了明显的技术经济效果。
