目的与方法 :本实验采用体外细胞培养的方法 ,研究了维生素E琥珀酸酯 (VES)对人胃癌SGC 790 1细胞生长和DNA合成的影响 ,并进行了细胞凋亡形态学观察。结果 :VES(5 μg/ml、10 μg/ml和 2 0 μg/ml)对SGC 790 1细胞生长和DNA合成有明显抑制作用 ,并呈现剂量—效应关系。同时 ,VES也诱导SGC 790 1细胞凋亡。结论 :上述结果提示在离体条件下 ,VES通过抑制细胞DNA合成及诱导细胞凋亡抑制SGC 790 1细胞生长
Aims and methods: In this experiment, the effect of vitamin E succinate (VES) on the growth and DNA synthesis of human gastric cancer SGC7901 cells was studied by means of cell culture in vitro, and the morphology of apoptosis was observed. RESULTS: VES (5 μg/ml, 10 μg/ml, and 20 μg/ml) significantly inhibited the growth and DNA synthesis of SGC7901 cells and showed a dose-effect relationship. At the same time, VES also induced apoptosis of SGC7901 cells. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that VES inhibits SGC7901 cell growth by inhibiting DNA synthesis and inducing apoptosis in vitro.
