王振文,网名西秦硬笔,笔名西秦、沈垣等。生于五十年代初,自幼爱好文学、美术、摄影。1971年进西安美术学院宣传画培训班进修,八十年代初再入高校美术装潢班学习,系统地学习了素描、水粉和国画。近年来潜心研究用硬笔创作中国画,颇有心得,丰富了传统国画的表现手法。其作品多次参加空港艺术节 Wang Zhenwen, screen name Xi Qin hard pen, pen name Xi Qin, Shen Yuan and so on. Born in the early 1950s, he has been a hobby of literature, art and photography since childhood. In 1971 into the Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts poster training courses, the early 1980s and then into the art and decoration classes in colleges and universities to learn, a systematic study of sketches, gouache and Chinese painting.
