上海宝山钢铁总厂位于长江入海口冲积三角洲的海滨地区。地表以下几十米深的范围内均为淤泥质亚粘土或粘土地基,一般60m左右深处才见砂层。为适应工程的大型化和自动化生产工艺的严格要求,设计规定对高炉、转炉、初轧等设备基础和有高速行车的大型厂房基础及炼焦、回收、烧结、连铸等差异沉降要严格限制;有剧烈振动的设备基础,采用钢管桩承台式基础。一、二期工程总计需要打入钢管桩6万余根,沉桩深度约在60~70m左右。我单位在学习总结国内外打桩技术经验基础上,根据工程特点和现
Shanghai Baoshan Iron & Steel Works is located on the seafront of the alluvial delta of the Yangtze River estuary. The depths of tens of meters below the surface are muddy sub-clay or clay grounds, and sand layers are generally found only at a depth of about 60m. In order to adapt to the large-scale engineering and the strict requirements of automated production processes, the design regulations strictly limit the foundations of equipment such as blast furnaces, converters and blooming mills and the large-scale workshops with high-speed operation and differential settlement such as coking, recycling, sintering and continuous casting.
