目的探讨前列腺癌(Prostate Carcinoma)、癌旁前列腺组织中Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路相关因子mRNA的表达及意义。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(reverse anscription Polymerase Chain Reaction,RT-PCR)方法检测32例前列腺癌、癌旁前列腺组织中Shh、Ptc和Gli1 mRNA的表达。结果 Shh、Ptc和Gli1 mRNA在前列腺癌组织中的表达均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),Shh与Ptc的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论在前列腺癌Hh信号通路中Shh、Ptc和Gli1mRNA呈现高度表达状态,存在Hedgehog信号通路的激活现象,Gli1表达上调促进前列腺癌细胞的增殖和分化以及前列腺癌的发生和发展。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Hedgehog (Hh) signal pathway related factor mRNA in prostate cancer (Prostate Carcinoma) and paracancerous prostate tissues. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of Shh, Ptc and Gli1 mRNA in 32 cases of prostatic cancer and paracancerous tissues. Results The expressions of Shh, Ptc and Gli1 mRNA in prostate cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues (P <0.05). The expression of Shh and Ptc was positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion Shh, Ptc and Gli1mRNA are highly expressed in the Hh signaling pathway of prostate cancer, and the activation of Hedgehog signaling pathway exists. The upregulation of Gli1 promotes the proliferation and differentiation of prostate cancer cells and the occurrence and development of prostate cancer.
