本文对慢性低氧和低氧伴高二氧化碳大鼠红细胞膜带3蛋白结构、含量和阴离子转运功能,以及红细胞内外血气进行了研究。结果表明,慢性低氧和低氧伴高二氧化碳大鼠红细胞膜带3蛋白阴离子转运位点结构可能无异常,但阴离子交换功能降低,HCO/Cl ̄-交换受限,阻止红细胞内HCO向细胞外转移,使红细胞内呈们碱状态。因此,维护带3蛋白正常的结构和功能,将有助于维持红细胞内外的酸碱稳态。
In this paper, the structure and content of erythrocyte membrane protein 3 and the function of anion transport in chronic hypoxia and hypoxia with hypercapnia in rats and the blood gas inside and outside erythrocytes were studied. The results showed that there may be no abnormalities in the anion transport sites of erythrocyte membrane protein 3 in chronic hypoxia and hypoxia with hypercapnia rats, but the anion exchange function is reduced, the exchange of HCO / Cl ~ - is restricted, and the intracellular HCO is prevented from translocating Transfer, so that the red blood cells were alkaline state.
