目的:研究膦甲酸钠联合半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:选取2013年10月至2014年10月期间新桥医院疼痛科住院部收治的带状疱疹患者120例,随机分成对照组、观察组各60例。对照组患者只使用膦甲酸钠注射液静滴治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用半导体激光治疗。在治疗前、治疗后第8天、第15天、第30天,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗总有效率73.3%,观察组总有效率为93.3%,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其它指标组间差异同样具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膦甲酸钠联合半导体激光治疗带状疱疹优于单用膦甲酸钠治疗,具有疗效肯定、安全性良好的特点,值得推广使用。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of foscarnet and semiconductor laser in the treatment of shingles. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with herpes zoster admitted to the Department of Anesthesiology, Xinqiao Hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into control group (n = 60) and observation group (n = 60). Patients in the control group were treated with intravenous foscarnet injection only. The observation group was treated with a combination of semiconductor laser on the basis of the control group. Before treatment, on the 8th day, 15th day and 30th day after treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); the differences of other indexes were also statistically significant (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Foscarnet and semiconductor laser treatment of shingles is superior to that of foscarnet alone. It has the positive curative effect and good safety. It is worth popularizing.
