本文采用静脉注射垂体后叶素造成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型研究青藤碱对心肌缺血性损伤的影响。青藤碱能降低垂体后叶素所引起的S-T段、T波抬高,但不影响心率。实验结果提示,青藤碱对垂体后叶素引起的急性心肌缺血有拮抗作用。
This article uses intravenous injection of pituitrin caused acute myocardial ischemia model in rats to study the effect of sinomenine on myocardial ischemic injury. Sinomenine can reduce the S-T segment and T wave elevation caused by pituitrin, but does not affect heart rate. The experimental results suggest that sinomenine has antagonistic effects on acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin.
