我是一个很普通的中学教师,从不曾幻想过创造什么“教学体系”或“教学程式”,然而深信教学是一种艺术,一种值得为之献出毕生精力的艺术。如同导演、演员对剧本要进行再创造一样,教师以教科书为依据也可作出动人的表演。教语文尤其如此。毫不夸张地说,一套语文教材简直抵得上一部小百科全书,它密切地联系着青少年了解周围世界的愿望,更需要用教学的艺术来再现世界丰富多彩而又生动活泼的内容。因此,一个语文教师,不仅应当成为本行的专家,还应当成为粗知其他学科
I am a very ordinary secondary school teacher who has never imagined creating any “teaching system” or “teaching program.” However, I am convinced that teaching is an art, an art worthy of giving life to it. Just as the director and the actor want to recreate the script, the teacher can also make a touching performance based on the textbook. This is especially true of teaching Chinese. It is no exaggeration to say that a set of Chinese textbooks is worthy of a small encyclopedia.
