目的:探讨联用环磷腺苷葡胺和参麦注射液对支气管哮喘患者Th1/Th2细胞平衡的影响。方法:支气管哮喘患者75例随机分为观察组38例和对照组37例对照组给予常规疗法,观察组在常规疗法的基础上给予环磷腺苷葡胺和参麦注射液静滴,疗程均为14d。应用流式细胞术检测治疗前后Th1、Th2细胞水平,应用ELISA方法测定治疗前后血清IL-4,IL-10以及IFN-γ的表达水平,并进行疗效评估。结果:①与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后Th1、Th1/Th2、IFN-γ表达上调,IL-4、IL-10表达下调,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组患者Th2表达下调(P<0.05或P<0.01),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②观察组有效率94.74%对照组有效率83.78%;观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联用环磷腺苷葡胺和参麦注射液治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效明确,其作用机制可能是通过调节Th1/Th2免疫失衡及炎症细胞因子的表达水平实现的。
Objective: To investigate the effects of cyclophosphamide and shenmai injection on the balance of Th1 / Th2 cells in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods: Thirty-five patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group (38 cases) and control group (37 cases). Patients in observation group were given routine therapy with intravenous injection of cyclophosphamide and Shenmai injection. For 14d. The levels of Th1 and Th2 cells before and after treatment were measured by flow cytometry. The levels of IL-4, IL-10 and IFN-γ in serum before and after treatment were measured by ELISA, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results: ①Compared with pretreatment, the expression of Th1, Th1 / Th2, IFN-γ and the expression of IL-4 and IL-10 in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05 or P < 0.01). Th2 expression was down-regulated in both groups (P <0.05 or P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). ② The effective rate of the observation group was 94.74% and that of the control group was 83.78%. The observation group was superior to the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions: The clinical effect of combined administration of CGRP and Shenmai injection in the treatment of bronchial asthma is clear. Its mechanism may be through the regulation of Th1 / Th2 immune imbalance and the expression of inflammatory cytokines.
