目的:建立同时测定白斑乳膏中氟尿嘧啶、氢化可的松、黄芩苷、维生素E含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Aichrom Bond-AQ C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-[0.5%醋酸(含6 mmol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠)](70∶30),检测波长为267 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,柱温为室温。结果:氟尿嘧啶、氢化可的松、黄芩苷、维生素E分别在1.61~14.49,8.032~40.16,21.92~284.48,48.13~433.17 mg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 9),平均加样回收率分别为99.91%(RSD=0.96%)、99.79%(RSD=0.70%)、100.10%(RSD=0.44%)、99.50%(RSD=0.74%)。结论:该方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于白斑乳膏4组分的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of fluorouracil, hydrocortisone, baicalin and vitamin E in leukoplakia cream. METHODS: Aichrom Bond-AQ C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol- [0.5% acetic acid with 6 mmol·L -1 sodium heptanesulfonate] The detection wavelength was 267 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1, and the column temperature was room temperature. Results: Fluorouracil, hydrocortisone, baicalin and vitamin E had a good linear relationship (r ≥ 0.9999) in the range of 1.61-14.49, 8.032-40.16, 21.92-28.44, 48.13-43.317 mg · L-1, respectively The recoveries were 99.91% (RSD = 0.96%), 99.79% (RSD = 0.70%), 100.10% (RSD = 0.44%) and 99.50% (RSD = 0.74%) respectively. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reproducible, and can be used to determine the content of 4 components of leukoplakia cream.
