Currently, the development of LSI and system technologies shows the following features: (1) From digital systems to digital and analog hybrid systems. (2) From the field of application of computer into the field of communications. (3) from the integrated chip design to a wide range of dedicated (or semi-dedicated) chip design. The background of this situation is mainly the development of research and production of analog (mixed with digital) MOS integrated circuits and their wide application in modern communication systems.
