随着社会经济发展水平的不断提升,我国各行业的发展格局也发生了一定的改变。近年来,中小企业股份转让系统逐渐扩容到全国范围,使得新三板市场得到了快速的发展与进步。但同时也出现了一系列的问题,如股票流动性差、转换率低、挂牌的发展质量下降等,影响新三板项目的健康发展。基于此,本文通过对新三板项目风险的基本类型进行分析探究,并相应的提出财务尽职调查基础下上加强新三板项目管理工作的有效方法。
With the continuous improvement of social and economic development, the development pattern of various industries in our country has also undergone some changes. In recent years, the share transfer system for small and medium-sized enterprises has gradually expanded to a nationwide scale, resulting in the rapid development and progress of the new third board market. At the same time, however, a series of problems have emerged, such as poor liquidity in stocks, low conversion rate and the decline in the quality of listed development, which have affected the healthy development of the Third Pilot Project. Based on this, this article analyzes and studies the basic types of risk in the new three-board project, and puts forward corresponding effective methods to strengthen the management of the new-board project under the financial due diligence.
