肋形楼板钢筋绑扎时,通常做法是按主、次梁设计高度减去保护层成形箍筋,结果主次梁交叉处钢筋与板的负弯矩筋摞叠在一起,一层压一层。这样,钢筋上部不仅没有保护层,而且露出设计标高面。为不让钢筋露在外面,只好增加板的厚度。板的厚度增大,不仅造成经济上的浪费,而且增加板的自重,影响质量。这个问题不仅很普遍,而且很严重。这种情况怎样解决呢?见图1、
When ribbed floor reinforcements are bundled, the usual practice is to subtract the protective layer forming stirrups according to the design heights of the main and secondary beams. As a result, the steel bars at the intersection of the main and secondary beams are stacked together with the negative moment tendons of the plates, one layer above the other. In this way, the upper part of the steel bar has not only a protective layer but also a design elevation surface. In order not to expose the steel reinforcements, they had to increase the thickness of the plates. The increase in the thickness of the plate not only causes economical waste, but also increases the weight of the plate and affects the quality. This problem is not only very common but also very serious. How can this situation be solved? See Figure 1.
